According to the employment portal MyVisaJobs, Core Tech International has granted almost 90 green cards, known as Green Cards, to its employees, securing an average salary of around US$40,000. This company stands out as one of the main sponsors of Green Cards.

 

Specifically, MyVisaJobs reports that a total of 89 employees, with an average salary of US$35,283, have received Green Cards. In addition, Core Tech International has submitted 212 labor condition applications for H1B visas and 150 labor certifications for Green Cards between fiscal years 2020 and 2022.

 

This gesture not only improves the job stability of its employees, but also strengthens loyalty and commitment within the company.

 

The process of obtaining a Green Card through employer sponsorship involves several crucial steps. First, the employer must demonstrate that there are not enough qualified U.S. workers for the offered position. This is done through the labor certification process, in which the U.S. Department of Labor reviews and approves the application.

 

Once the labor certification is obtained, the next step is to file a Petition for Alien Worker (Form I-140) with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This petition must include evidence of the salary offered, which in this case is approximately $40,000 per year, and the employee's qualifications and experience.

 

USCIS reviews the petition and, if approved, the employee may apply for adjustment of status to become a permanent resident. This step includes the filing of Form I-485, where the applicant's background is verified and eligibility for permanent residence is confirmed.
