3- Those who They live in the USA and have a visa EB-1, EB-2, or EB-3 can file Form I-485 before USCIS; is the Application for Registration of Permanent Residence or Adjustment of Status to apply for a Green Card without leaving the country.

 

The immigration authorities will make a decision and give preference to those who pass the background inspection filter and have authorization from an employer to work in the country.

 

 

When are you denied a Green Card?

 

They will not give you the Green Card if you committed a violation of the Immigration Law or a serious crime. Additionally, if you lied in your application information, if you usurp an identity, provide false information or if you committed fraud involving immigration benefits.
