With the new rate rule going into effect on April 1, 2024, the following forms must be submitted using their new 01/04/24 editions:

• Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker;
• Form I-129 CW, Petition for Nonimmigrant Transitional Worker – CNMI Only
• Form I-140, Petition for Foreign Immigrant Worker
• Form I-600, Petition to Classify Orphan as Immediate Relative ; and
• Form I-600A, Application for Expedited Processing of an Orphan Petition and Supplements.

 Although we generally provide a grace period when we release new forms, the forms listed above include the changes necessary for us to manage the new rates.  We have posted draft versions of each of these forms on each form's web page linked above.  Beginning April 1, 2024, applicants and petitioners must submit the 01/04/24 edition of these forms with the applicable fee listed in  USCIS Fee Breakdown G-1055 .  We will reject older versions of the forms listed above.

 Dates are in mm/dd/yy (month, day, year) format.
