Family Petitions
For most countries, children over 21 years of age of U.S. citizens (Category F1) saw a 5-month advance, decreasing the wait to less than 9 years.
In Category F2A, spouses and unmarried children under 21 of lawful permanent residents saw a notable advance of almost 9 months.
Unmarried children over 21 of lawful permanent residents (F2B) also saw a reduction in wait time of more than 4 months.
Siblings of U.S. citizens (F4) advanced by more than a month, in an indication that the process is gradually speeding up.
Mexico
Children over 21 years of age of citizens (F1) in Mexico experienced a significant improvement of more than 5 months, although waits are still long.
The other categories also showed considerable progress, with the F3 category advancing more than 10 months.
Work Petitions
Priority Workers (E1) for most countries are up to date, with visas available immediately for new applicants.
Persons of exceptional ability (E2) and experienced workers (E3) maintain stability with availability within a reasonable time frame.
